The Better.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f45583 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f45583\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Infant &amp; Toddler Connection of Shenandoah Valley is an early intervention service that teaches, coaches and mentors families of children up to age three who have a developmental delay, diagnosed disabling condition, or development that is not typical of most children. The goal of the program is to work with families to address a child\u2019s developmental needs as quickly as possible in an effort to eliminate or minimize services later in the child\u2019s life. Services are provided by Grafton, in partnership with the City of Winchester, and serve children in six different localities: Frederick County, Clarke County, Warren County, Page County, Shenandoah County and the City of Winchester.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5da54f76 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5da54f76\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70dc27c9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70dc27c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201cWorking with a child in their natural environment makes all the difference in the world. Our licensed professionals offer intervention services in homes and in other natural environments to help families develop skills and strategies that can be incorporated into their child\u2019s daily routine. Making use of such a large and diverse support group builds parents capacity in helping their child on a daily basis.<\/p><p>The program is partially funded through state and federal grant dollars authorized through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. We accept Medicaid and most private insurances for services. As part of our commitment to offering early intervention to every eligible child in the Shenandoah Valley region, no family will be denied entitled services due to an inability to
